Bike pics : Exact Flex Single

Lors de mon dernier passage chez Sunn (j'ai travaillé trois fois pour la marque de vélos Saint Gaudens !), j'ai déniché un cadre d'Exact Flex tout neuf, jamais peint, qui doit dater de 96 ou 97. Après soudure des pattes de frein adéquates par les frères Pêtard, j'en ai fait un mignon single speed dont je me sers au quotidien. La fourche est un modèle de trial de chez Koxx, et le reste du montage est assez hétéroclite. Mais le résultat donne un charmant petit vélo, léger, maniable et qui conserve le côté vivant de l'acier.

During my last working period @ Sunn (I've been working three times for the bicycles brand from Saint Gaudens !), I found an Exact Flex frame, brand new, never painted, which had certainly been produced in 96 or 97. The "Spliff Brothers" welded the proper brake mounts, then I could make from it a cute single speed, that I ride daily. The fork is a Koxx trial, and the other specs are quite... hum... heterogeneous. The result is a nice little bike, light, handling well, and that keeps the "alive" behaviour of a steel frame.
